As homeschoolers, we take pride in educating our kiddos at home, but as parents, it's sometimes necessary to recognize when extra help outside the home is needed. In an effort to aid homeschool families in NE Ohio when their kids need a little extra help, I've compiled a list of tutoring services that serve NE Ohio, most of which offer services specific to homeschoolers.

Tutoring Services:
- Schoolmarm Ohio: Lisa McAfee is a licensed Ohio teacher, who homeschooled her two kids and is now using her background in education and passion for homeschooling to help other homeschool families in Ohio. She offers services such as assessments, educational consulting, educational coaching, and tutoring.
- North Coast Education Services: Offers tutoring and learning assistance in areas such as special needs, SAT/ACT prep, and personalized tutoring. Also offers tutoring specific to homeschoolers. Located in Solon.
- Wyzant: Offers personalized, in-person or online tutoring services and has specific tutors who specialize in working with homeschool students.
- Fit Learning Cleveland: Tutoring service located in Pepper Pike that offers a specialized program for homeschoolers in which students receive one-on-one instruction 3-5 times a week for 2-6 hours per day.
- Simply Teaching Spanish: Taught by Senora Clara Stacko, Simply Teaching Spanish offers live, online Spanish classes specifically for homeschoolers ages 10-18 years old, or students in grades 5-12. Classes include conversational Spanish (grades 5-8) and high school Spanish 1 -3, each worth 1 homeschool credit. Senora Clara lives in NE Ohio.
